Rhythmic Massage Therapy
Rhythmic Massage Therapy
Rhythmic Massage Therapy according to Dr. med. Ita Wegman / Hauschka is related to classical massage. It is based on the principles of anthroposophic medicine and is a gentle therapy in which the massage strokes are intentionally structured in a rhythmic manner. The quality and intensity of the treatment are individually adapted to the needs of the client.
The long-term goal of Rhythmic Massage is to involve the entire body in the treatment. It aims to reintegrate problem areas back into the overall context of the body and restore a holistic balance. This also has a positive effect on the psychological well-being.
